{"id":9231,"date":"2011-07-12T18:09:07","date_gmt":"2011-07-12T17:09:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/minimalismore.es\/?p=9231"},"modified":"2022-01-03T18:13:53","modified_gmt":"2022-01-03T17:13:53","slug":"brian-eno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/minimalismore.es\/index.php\/2011\/07\/12\/brian-eno\/","title":{"rendered":"Brian Eno"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>\u00abDrums Between the Bells\u00bb, de Brian Eno.<\/h2>\n<p>Brian Eno, el ex-Roxy Music, el creador de la m\u00fasica ambiental (\u00e9l la llam\u00f3 \u00abdiscreta\u00bb), el megaproductor (de U2 a Talking Heads, pasando por Coldplay), el amigo vanguardista de Bowie, el socio de Robert Fripp en m\u00faltiples proyectos\u2026, ahora vuelve a poner m\u00fasica a una serie de textos del poeta brit\u00e1nico Rick Holland \u2013recitados por hasta nueve personas diferentes, incluido el propio Eno\u2013, con quien viene colaborando desde 2002.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado es vibrante a ratos: son los momentos iniciales del \u00e1lbum, los m\u00e1s r\u00edtmicos \u2013temas como <em>Bless This Space<\/em> o <em>Glitch<\/em>\u2013, en una onda actualizada del trabajo que \u00e9l mismo hiciera con Talking Heads. Sin embargo, casi todo el disco se mueve en un terreno que, sin llegar a ser <em>spoken word<\/em>, resulta minimalista en exceso, como para que la m\u00fasica no estorbe los textos, sin la perfecci\u00f3n con que Laurie Anderson hace eso mismo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00abDrums Between the Bells\u00bb, de Brian Eno.
