Dustin O’Halloran presents his first album for Deutsche Grammophon, “Silfur”, at the Auditorio Nacional in Madrid and the Sala Apolo in Barcelona.
Madrid’s Auditorio Nacional and Barcelona’s Sala Apolo will host Dustin O’Halloran today and tomorrow, respectively. The American musician, 50% of the duo A Winged Victory For The Sullen, performs in chamber format -alongside violinist Margaret Hermant and cellist Charlotte Danhier- to present Silfur, his first album for the prestigious German label Deutsche Grammophon, released in 2021. February 2024 will see the release of his second (and, for the moment, last) album on DG, which, as he assures in this interview in Rockdelux, “is going to be completely different to anything I’ve done before”.
