“Veus”, by Marc Melià Sobrevias.
The Spanish keyboardist, composer and producer Marc Melià Sobrevias, based in Brussels for more than ten years – where he was part of Lonely Drifter Karen, the band of the Austrian Tanja Frinta -, has just released his second solo album, Veus, on the French label Pan European Recording. If in 2017 he released Music for Prophet, referring to the mythical electronic synthesizer Prophet 08, this time the protagonist is the vocoder, with which he distorts his voice to complete an album that fuses pop and electronica but whose roots are in classical music.
