World premiere of Lubomyr Melnyk in Nextones.

On 31 July, the Italian festival Nextones will host the world premiere of The End Of The World, featuring the Italian transmedia research art collective Spime.Im, the Canadian cellist Julia Kent and the Canadian-born Ukrainian-born pianist-composer Lubomyr Melnyk.

The End of the World is a piece composed in 2018 by Melnyk, the creator of so-called “continuous music”, and is the starting point for this 75-minute multimedia work, co-produced, among others, by L. E. V. (Laboratory of Visual Electronics) in Gijón.
